Crazy Hair Day
Break out your imagination and get your hair gel ready. It's time to get hair CRAZY! This day offers students a chance to show creative expression by using their heads...literally. Tease your hair, put on a wig or add a touch of colour; whatever you do...just make it crazy.

Kindergarten – Small group sessions
Kindergarten students attend their assigned classrooms in small groups where they will meet their teacher and parents will have a chance to listen to information from their student's teacher.

A special assembly for our grade 5's students to wish them well in Middle School and beyond.

First Day of School
Students in grades 1 to 5 return to last year's classes. Kindergarten students will attend briefly later in the week.

All students Grade 1 to 5 will attend school from 8:45 to 2:40.

Torquay’s Halloween Howl…
Wear a costume, bring your dancing shoes and "boogieman" it up to today greatest dance tunes. There will be spooky games, ghastly good food and a costume parade. Tickets available at the door.

Recognition Assembly
Students from each division will be recognized for practicing our school monthly belief. Parents of students being recognized will be notified by a notice sent home by classroom teacher.

Division's 2 and 9 provide cupcakes to be sold in the gym after school.

Spirit Day – Read-In and pajama’s!
Students bring their favourite book, a blanket, pillow and even a stuff animal and set up in their classrooms to read for the day.
