SUMMARY:Junk in Your Trunk Sale
DESCRIPTION:Torquay Elementary School is hosting a Junk in Your Trunk sale to help raise funds for our new school playground. This is an opportunity for families to clear out unused household items\, gently used children’s toys and clothing and make a few dollars in the process. \nHere’s how it works:  \nFamilies will have a chance to rent either a parking space (you will use your car) or table to sell their items. Rentals are $25.00 per parking space/table and all proceeds from the rentals will go to our playground fund. Families will keep the proceeds from the sale of their items. This opportunity is open to anyone wishing to sell their gently used items. So share the news\, and invite a friend (or two). \nThe Details: \nWhat: Junk in Your Trunk Sale \nWhen: Saturday\, May 14\, 2016 \nTime: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm \nWhere: Torquay Elementary School \nCost: $25.00 per space/table \nBe sure to register early so you don’t miss out on this excellent opportunity. To reserve your spot contact Tina at 250-477-9511 or torquay@sd61.bc.ca with your name\, email/phone number and the number of tables you require. Payments can be made to Torquay Elementary School by cash or cheque. \nThe Finer Details: \nTables will be set up in the Gymnasium and cars will be set up on the basketball courts. The gate will be opened at 9:00 am to allow sellers access to the space for set up. Families are asked to remove all garbage and unsold items at the end of the sale. Any volunteers wishing to assist with set up and take down can contact the school office.  \nThank you for continuing to support our playground initiative
